Freshly cooked seafood（available from 4/1–11/5）
“Freshly cooked seafood” is a beach dish in which fishermen steam fresh seafood over an open fire for you to richly enjoy.
The seafood is steamed in a broth made of mineral-rich seawater and Tango sake, which brings out the best flavor of the seafood.
Tajima beef
This is a specialty of the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture,
and it has a little subcutaneous fat, quality muscle fibers, and fine, tender meat.
You can savor its melt-in-your-mouth texture and fine flavor.
